Next, you will decide what you are looking for in a home. Number of bathrooms, bedrooms, a big yard, cities you would prefer, etc. This helps me get a good understanding of what meets your needs on the market!

Now, the fun part! Once we’ve narrowed down the list to a few properties worth visiting, we will go and tour! This is where you get to imagine yourself living there, and deciding if the house hugs you or not!

Once you’ve fell in love with one of the homes, it’s time to put in an offer. We will discuss pricing and conditional items or requests you’d like to make to the seller. Once it is submitted, we wait to hear back from the seller.

Once your offer is accepted, we wait to close. Once it is closing day there will be paperwork to sign and after, (depending on negotiation) you will get the keys that day to move in!

The hard part is done! Time to move in and enjoy your new space that you worked so hard for. This is the most rewarding feeling!
